18 – 19 June 2022

The Importance of Preparatory Exercises (Ngön Dro)

In Ngön Dro we focus intensively on the basic principles of Buddhism. Refuge, the 4 thoughts that connect us to the practice, Dorje Sempa, mandala offering and Guru Yoga are a practice in themselves, but also an important preparation for starting a yidam practice later on, for example. Trehor Lama and Cesare Milani will comment on the most important basics from the perspective of Karma Kagyu and the Gelug tradition, and in particular deepen the aspect of refuge.

The weekend is also an excellent source of inspiration for practitioners who wish to deepen their Ngön Dro practice in Bordo from 11 June to 2 July.
