Lojong Days for Italian Practitioners

With our practice we wish to change harmful habits and the adherence to a rigid self-image. But it is just as important to develop and cultivate beneficial qualities and positive habits. We will focus on these aspects at this weekend. We refer to the advice from Shamar Rinpoche’s Lojong teachings. Exchange and common practice.

End: Sunday, 13 September, at 4 p.m.
