Therefore we would like to bring forward our now traditional exchanges on the specific approaches of different Buddhist traditions to meditation on the Whitsun-weekend with the wish that as many people as possible can participate.<\/p>\n Together we celebrate these important days which connect us to the enlightenment of the historical Buddha. Common meditation in different traditions of Buddhism, teachings and exchanges are planned. During the whole time Trehor Lama will be present, alternating with the Zen Master Elena Seishin Viviani and the monk Cesare Milani to give teachings on how to deepen the meditation of silent dwelling (Shine).<\/p>\n It is possible to arrive on the Friday. Those who wish to stay overnight can do so in a shared room at favourable conditions if they bring their own sleeping bag and towel.
