With the gentle, attentive body exercises of Tibetan healing Yoga (Kum Nye), which are performed very slowly, an intensive body awareness results. Thus tensions and blockages of a mental and physical nature can be released on a deep level. A feeling of lightness and openness develops. Healing processes are stimulated and further promoted by singing healing sounds (mantras).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For meditators, this type of yoga is particularly helpful in promoting a good sitting posture and thus to deepen their meditation practice. The course with Lama Sherab takes place in the morning and is also suitable for beginners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Start:<\/strong> Saturday, 4 July, at 6 p.m.<br \/><strong>End:<\/strong> Thursday, 9 July, at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course leadership: <\/strong>Lama Sherab Palmo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co-leader:<\/strong> Kerstin Bahra (one hour before dinner)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course language:<\/strong> German, with Italian translation if requested in advance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course fee:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>Share of the organization costs and a donation for the teachers. Your generosity will enable them to pass on the Dharma in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accommodation and meals:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>The donations for accommodation and food should be sufficient to cover the expenses and enable Bordo to maintain and operate.
