Clear inner orientation and a good posture support us in focusing on what is essential and in fostering a benevolent attitude that is helpful for us and for others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Further explanations on meditation are based on the teachings of Shamar Rinpoche, Jigme Rinpoche and Trinlay Rinpoche. They help to integrate our everyday life into our practice. In addition, attention on our breath and selected yoga asanas enable us to gain an open and relaxed meditation posture, which in turn deepens our meditation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tengye is Bodhi Path teacher<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Carsten Schier has a long-term experience in Zen meditation and yoga practice<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Start:<\/strong> Saturday, 27 June, at 7:15 pm.<br \/><strong>End:<\/strong> Saturday, 4 July, at 8 am<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course leadership:\u00a0<\/strong>Tengye (Irmgard Bauer) and Carsten Schier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course language: <\/strong>English (German course 9 \u2013 16 August, see below)<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Course fee:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u00a0Share of the organization costs and a donation for the teachers.
