Accompanied individual retreats

Lama Rabsel is coming to Bordo again for two weeks. A precious opportunity to deepen your individual meditation practice under his guidance. Individual talks, exchange and further explanations support the personal practice. The recommended duration for a single retreat is at least one week. You already need a good experience in Buddhist practice to be able to benefit from the guidance.

The conditions in Bordo are very helpful in spontaneously achieving a state of inner peace, which later helps us to cultivate this peace in our busy everyday lives.

End: Friday, 30 August, at 12 noon

Languages: Italian, French and English.

Course fee: Share of the organization costs and a donation for the teachers. Your generosity will enable them to pass on the Dharma in the future.

Accommodation and meals: The donations for accommodation and food should be sufficient to cover the expenses and enable Bordo to maintain and operate. We are happy to provide further information.
