Accompanied individual retreats

Under the expert guidance of Lama Sherab, individual meditation practice can be deepened during this time. Individual discussions, additional explanations and general instructions on the practice of meditation complete this process. There is a regular common exchanges on practice topics from which all practitioners benefit. Please register in time!

End: Thursday, 18 July, at 12 noon

Course leadership: Lama Sherab Palmo
Languages: German and English.

Course fee: Share of the organization costs and a donation for the teachers. Your generosity will enable them to pass on the Dharma in the future.

Accommodation and meals: The donations for accommodation and food should be sufficient to cover the expenses and enable Bordo to maintain and operate. We are happy to provide further information.
