Chenrezig step by step

May all beings find happiness and the cause of happiness.
May they be free of suffering and the cause of suffering.
May they not be separated from the perfect happiness that is free of suffering.
May they abide in great equanimity, free from attachment and aversion to those near and far.

With this wishing prayer, also called the ‘four immeasurable wishes’, we have the opportunity to engage and experience the deeper understanding of our qualities of love, compassion, ultimate joy and equanimity in their ego transcending aspects. In addition to the explanations we will practice meditation on Chenrezig and, in contemplating, also establish a personal connection to this prayer. In conversations and exchanges we will clarify questions. Also very suitable for beginners.

End: Sunday, 27 June, at 5 p.m.

Course language: German.

Course fee: Share of the organization costs and a donation for the teachers. Your generosity will enable them to pass on the Dharma in the future.
