Lojong Days for Italian Practitioners

With our practice we wish to change harmful habits and the adherence to a rigid self-image. But it is just as important to develop and cultivate beneficial qualities and positive habits. We will focus on these aspects during this weekend. We will refer to the advice from Shamar Rinpoche’s Lojong teachings. Exchange and communal practice.

Start: Saturday, 7 September, at 10 a.m.
End: Sunday, 8 September, at 4 p.m.

Course leadership: Dharma Teacher Tengye
Course language: Italian.

Course fee: Share of the organization costs and a donation for the teachers. Your generosity will enable them to pass on the Dharma in the future.

Accommodation and meals: The donations for accommodation and food should be sufficient to cover the expenses and enable Bordo to maintain and operate. We are happy to provide further information.
