30 May – 3 June 2026 | Bodhi Path retreat
Meditation Retreat – Developing Peace of Mind and Breath Work
We will practise silent sitting to calm the mind (Shine meditation), as taught by Shamar Rinpoche. This is a good opportunity to practise Shine meditation intensively.
Introductory explanations of the Shine practice will be given. We will meditate together for shorter periods of time and practise allowing the mind to remain free of distractions in the subtle clarity of the mind. Through this clarity, we can better understand the teachings of Buddha and apply them in our daily lives.
We will do gentle body and breathing exercises for about one hour a day.
The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
