Meditation with mind, breath and body

The meditation of calm abiding (Shine) is an important basis for our practice on the Buddhist path. Clear inner orientation and a good posture support us in focusing on what is essential and in fostering a benevolent attitude that is helpful for us and for others.

Further explanations on meditation are based on the teachings of Shamar Rinpoche, Jigme Rinpoche and Trinlay Tulku. This will help us to integrate our practice into everyday life. In addition, attention on our breath and selected yoga asanas enable us to gain an open and relaxed meditation posture, which in turn deepens our meditation.
