Recreation and relaxation in the Antrona Valley

It is also possible to visit Bordo as a holiday guest without taking part in the wide range of courses. Staying in nature and the tranquillity allow you to relax and unwind. The beautiful surroundings invite you to explore. There are many hiking routes and excursion destinations both in the valley itself and further afield, such as Lake Maggiore, which can be easily reached by car or train.

A stay as a holiday guest is only possible if you become a member of the “Karma Dechen Yangtse” association. Holidaymakers also support the village by working for one hour a day.

As a member of the association, you make a donation for accommodation and food, which should be sufficient to cover the expenses, as well as maintenance and operation of Bordo. We will be happy to provide further information by email bordo@bordo.org.

Under “Surrounding Area” you will find further information about hiking routes and excursion destinations in Valle Antrona and the surrounding area.
