Meditation and Movement – Relaxation for Body and Mind

Body and mind are closely connected and influence each other. With the gentle, attentive body exercises of Tibetan healing Yoga (Kum Nye), which are performed very slowly, an intensive body awareness results. Thus tensions and blockages of a mental and physical nature can be released on a deep level. A feeling of lightness and openness develops.

For meditators, this type of yoga is particularly helpful in promoting a good sitting posture and thus to deepen their meditation practice. The course is also suitable for beginners.
